Hi my name is Bianca Nowlan and after several years as a research assistant, I have finally started a PhD. I previously worked exclusively in hematopoietic stem cells and bone marrow niche research in the mouse field, but am now shifting focus to prostate cancer metastasis in the bone marrow niche. I will be using my experience with the bone marrow niche to review the current research models in this area in the hope of developing a new xenograft model.
